1 cup Grandma's Molasses
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup thick sour cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Flour
Mix ingredients in order given, using just enough flour to make a soft dough as can be handled. Roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutter or cut into squares. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
