1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups butter
1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
1/4 cup Frangelico liquor
1/4 cup Tia Maria
1 tablespoon salt
3 eggs
6 cups pastry flour
1 1/2 pounds chocolate chips
4 ounces chopped pecans
4 ounces chopped walnuts

Cream together both sugars, butter, baking soda, liqueurs and salt until light and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, and blend well. Add pastry flour, chocolate chips and nuts; mix until well blended. Drop by tablespoonsful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F until light golden brown.

Makes 4 dozen.
