2 to 3 cups cooked beef, cut-up
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup gravy or beef broth salt and pepper
Place all ingredients in crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 2 to3 hours.
Serves 4.
