Ingredients:
1 pound fresh asparagus, chopped
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Original Blend
2 cups water
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup raw cashews
optional: chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook asparagus, Mrs. Dash, water, and soy sauce in a pot until asparagus is tender.
Transfer the asparagus mixture to a high-powered blender. Add the milk and cashews. Blend until smooth.
Optional: Garnish with cilantro before serving.
