1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons Equal Spoonful*
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) cut green beans, drained
1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions

*May substitute 4 1/2 packets Equal sweetener

Combine vinegar, Equal, olive oil and seasonings; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
