1 grapefruit
1 tablespoon apple juice
1 tablespoon tequila
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Halve grapefruit. Spoon apple juice and tequila over grapefruit halves. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
