4 cups small curd cottage cheese
2 small boxes lime gelatin
1 large container Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Sprinkle gelatin into cottage cheese; stir. Add thawed Cool Whip and pineapple. Refrigerate.
Variation
Use orange gelatin with 2 cans drained Mandarin oranges.
