2 pounds chicken parts
Unseasoned bread crumbs
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup lime juice
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 kiwi fruit, pared, sliced and quartered

Coat chicken in crumbs; bake in shallow greased baking pan at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Combine stock, juice, sugar, cornstarch, ginger and garlic in saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add kiwi. Pat amount desired over chicken before serving.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
