1 pound chicken tenders
1 1/2 to 2 cups buttermilk
1 (12 ounce) jar jalapenos with juice
2 cups crumbled Ritz crackers
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Vegetable oil

Marinate chicken with buttermilk and jalapenos with juice for 4 to 5 hours.

Dip chicken into cracker mix to coat. Fry in oil in a skillet for 5 to 10 minutes.
