3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons catsup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 beef bouillon cube

Brown pork chops in large skillet. Add 1/2 cup of the water, brown sugar, onion, garlic, catsup and bouillon cube. Cover, and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Place chops on serving platter; keep warm.
In small bowl, combine flour and 1/4 cup water; slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly. Do not boil.
