1 3/4 cup sugar-free applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar Twin
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg
1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
Combine all ingredients (except crust) in blender and mix thoroughly. Pour into crust and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until the filling is set and does not jiggle when the pan is moved.
