1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cups shelled peanuts
Bring sugar and water to a boil. Add peanuts and boil until sugar crystallizes (about 10 minutes). Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 8 minutes. Sprinkle salt over peanuts when finished.
