3 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni, each slice cut in half
15 cups salted popped popcorn
1 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Serves 8.
In 2 batches, microwave the pepperoni on HIGH on a paper towel-lined microwave-safe plate for 1 1/2 minutes or until crisp. Toss with popcorn, pumpkin seeds, chili powder and cumin.
