1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar dried beef, finely chopped
1/2 cup butter
3 quarts unsalted popped popcorn
Cook dried beef in butter for about 3 minutes. If popcorn is not fresh, heat it in a 250 degree F oven. Pour beef and butter over popcorn and toss to mix. Serve immediately while still hot.
