1/2 (8 1/2 ounce) can water chestnuts
1/2 (16 ounce) can bean sprouts
1/2 (8 1/2 ounce) can bamboo shoots
1 bunch spinach
1 head butter lettuce
4 tablespoons sesame seeds

Slice water chestnuts. Combine with drained sprouts, drained shoots, spinach and lettuce. Toast sesame seeds in oven. Add to salad. Add dressing. Toss.

Dressing
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
