1 fryer chicken, cut into parts
Marinade
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon orange zest
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
4 bay leaves, crumbled
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken parts overnight.
Grill over moderate heat, turning a few times, to desired doneness.
