2 tablespoons walnut oil
2 teaspoons raspberry vinegar
2 teaspoons Mexican lime juice
1/4 teaspoon crushed caribe chile
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until thickened.
Serve over fruit or fruit salad. It is also delicious over grilled fruit.
