1 pound ground chuck or ground turkey
1 rounded teaspoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Mexican seasoning
1 large can picante V-8 juice, mild
1 can kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 can green beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pint chopped tomatoes with juice or
    2 cans chopped tomatoes and green chile
1 1/2 rounded teaspoons chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and garlic together. Add Mexican seasoning, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients except chili powder. After thoroughly mixing, add chili powder to desired taste. Simmer two hours, stirring occasionally.
