2 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Break off tough ends of asparagus and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes and then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another minute until cheese melts. Serve with lemon wedges.
