1 pk Rapid rise yeast
3 c Flour (NOT bread flour)
1 c Hot water (120 - 130 F.)
1/2 ts Salt
Add water to yeast. Mix yeast & water and 1 cup of the flour. Mix well. Add remaining flour and salt. Mix well. Knead until elastic. Pat dough, to 8
