1 cup cranberries -- crushed

1 onion -- chopped and minced

garlic

black pepper

salt to taste

1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice

When I lived in Alaska, I learned an old Sourdough recipe for ketchup that contained no

tomatoes at all! It's made with a type of cranberry that grows wild all over Alaska.
