1/2 pound fine oatmeal, [250g]
1 1/2 cups Drambuie, [375ml]
4 cups tepid water, [1L]
4 cups Scotch whiskey, [1L]
4 cups light cream, [1 L]
A traditional Scottish Christmas drink.
Mix the honey, water and oatmeal together thoroughly in a jug. Cover with a cloth and allow to sit at room temperature
for 36 hours. Carefully skim off the liquid from the oatmeal into another container and add it to the whisky and the

It is best served at room temperature but if you wish to serve it cold use very cold cream or serve over ice cubes.
