Stuffed Chayote
Short Ribs
Warm Salad
TO SERVE
Slice ribs in half lengthwise; arrange with warm salad on one side of plate. Place stuffed chayote on other side. Place bone potato at top of plate. Ladle barbecue sauce over ribs.
