1/2 cup chili powder

1/4 cup hickory flavored salt

3 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
