12 ounces beer
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup canola or corn oil
1/2 medium onion -- chopped
4 large garlic cloves -- minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Gibson s roasting salt
