1 turkey breast

1 stick butter

1 cup honey

1 cup white wine

Inject turkey breast with butter, honey, and white wine mixture. I smoked it at 210 for 3 hours

then wrapped it in foil and dumped the other half of the unused injection juice on it and

sealed. Cooked for another hour.
