3 teaspoons brown sugar

4 tablespoon pineapple juice

4 tablespoon dark rum

4 tablespoon Tabasco or Bermudan hot sauce

--(like Outerbridges), up to 5 tbsp.

one orange -- Juice of

1/8 teaspoon allspice

Mix all ingredients well, and use as a marinade, basting sauce, or dipping sauce. Posted
