1 Large loaf french bread
8 eggs plus one egg yolk
3 cups milk
1 T vanilla
1 cup sugar divided
2 8oz cream cheese
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 T cinnamon
grease or spray with pam a 9x13 pan. cut bread into one inch cubes. place in pan.
mix 1/3 sugar with 1T cinnamon, sprinkle over bread. beat together 8 eggs, vanilla,
1/3 cup sugar and milk pour over bread. press bread lightly with spatula to make
sure cubes are soaked in to egg mixture. beat together cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar,
one egg yolk. spread over bread mixture. spread pie filling over cream cheese.
cover and refrigerate over night. bake uncovered at 350 for one hour. let cool
10 minutes before slicing. enjoy!!
