1 lb bread sliced

4 oz butter melted

1 lb eggs

8 oz sugar

.5 t salt

1 t vanilla extract

2.5 lb milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 pinch nutmeg

bread should be equal sizes with no crust. Melt butter and coat bread in loaf pan. Simmer Sugar salt vanilla extract

milk cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk eggs and temper with simmered mixture. Pouring 1/3 at a time let bread soak in and

repeat until mixture is gone. Should come to just below top of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for approximatly 1 hr. till

mixture is set.
