1/2 lb hamburger
2 T bread crumbs
1/4 cup shiraz wine
1/2 t kosher salt
1/4 t black pepper
1 medium tomatoe apx 6 oz
2 oz thin sliced red onion
1/8 oz horsradish
2 oz bleu cheese crumbled
3 T mayonayse
Mix wine and bread crumbs allowing bread crumbs to absorb wine. Incorporate wine, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and
hamburger thoroughly and form into 2 patties. Mix horseradish, bleu cheese, and mayonayse together and set aside.
grill burgers aprox 5 minutes on each side low heat, or until desired doneness. To assemble place bottom bun, patty
lettuce, red onion, tomatoe, bleu cheese mixture. Enjoy! serves 2 people.
