1 pint chicken stock

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

1/2 lb cooked link sausage

4 med potatoes

1 tomatoe

1/2 t celery salt

1 T Kosher salt

1 T Fresh ground Black pepper

2 med onions

1/4 cup butter

evenly dice tomatoe, onion, sausage and potatoes. Sweat onions and sausage in butter.

add potatoes and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Add seasonings and mix.

Add broth then simmer over low to med heat until potatoes are tender. Then simmer for

another 30 minutes. Add Tomatoes, turn off heat and add heavy cream and milk, mix thoroughly.

allow to cool slightly before serving.
