1 c Water; plus

1/3 c Water; (only if needed)

3 tb Olive Oil

1-1/2 ts Salt

3 tb Cornmeal

1 c Whole-Wheat Flour

2 c Flour

1 tb Yeast

1 c Pizza Sauce

1 c Mozzarella Cheese; grated

Place all dough ingredients in the machine and program for dough and first rise. At the end

of final cycle remove the dough to a lightly oiled work space, cover it with a clean towel, and
