2 tablespoons mccormick italian seasoning

1 tablespoon mccormick season-all seasoned salt

1 teaspoon mccormick ground black pepper

1 turkey (about 12 pounds) fresh or thawed

1 tablespoon oil

preheat oven to 325 combine first 3 ingredients: set asside. Wash turkey and remove giblets. Place

turkey on rack in shallow roasting pan. Rub oil over turkey. Spread seasoning mixture under skin

and over entire surface of turkey. Loosely tent with foil. Roast 3 1/2 -4 hours or until internal temperature

reaches 180 in the thigh. Baste occasionally with pan juices. Remove foil durring the last 30 minutes of roasting.

Remove turkey from oven and transfer to platter or carving board. Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
