1 cup granulated sugar
3 heaping tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Hersheys cocoa
2 1/2 cups water
Mix dry ingredients well in a small saucepan. Add water. Bring to a boil. Boil until thick.
Serve over warm biscuits.
