1/2 package Pepperidge Farm� Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets; 1 sheet

2 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 cup small broccoli flowerets

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper

1 small onion, chopped

3/4 cup pasta sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

Thaw pastry sheet at room temperature 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400F. Unfold

pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 15 x 10 inch rectangle and place

on baking sheet. Prick thoroughly with fork. Bake 10 minutes. Heat oil in

skillet. Add broccoli, mushrooms, pepper and onion and cook until tender.

Spread pasta sauce over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with vegetable

mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into 8

pieces. Makes 4 servings
