12 mussels
2 oz coconut milk
2 oz tomatoe sauce
1 T Curry powder
1 oz Water
1 teaspoon cilantro
In Hot Saute Pan add water coconut milk tomatoe sauce and Curry powder.
Mix well and after comes to boil put mussels in cover and cook for about 2 minutes
or until mussels open up, Serve in bowl and top with cilantro. Serves 1
