1 pound hot or mild sausage

� cup chopped onion

� cup parmesan cheese

� cup grated swiss cheese

1 beaten egg

1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce

2 tablespoons parsley

2 cups Bisquick

2/3 cup milk

1/4 cup mayonaise

1 egg yolk

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Cook sausage and onion until brown. Drain fat and add cheeses, beaten egg, Tabasco sauce,

salt and parsley. Make dough with milk, Bisquick and mayonaise. Spread � dough on bottom
