Meatloaf:
1 Cup Rice
1 lb Beef
1 lb Turkey
2 Slices Bread
3 Eggs
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 Onion
1 can Mushrooms
1/2 tomatoe
Gravy:
1 Cup Chicken Stock
2 T butter
1 oz flour
1 can mushrooms
Polenta Cake:
1 cup polenta
3 cups Water
Spinach:
1 Bunch Fresh spinach
All:
To Taste Salt and Pepper
1: Dice vegetables in Meatloaf ingredients 2: Toast bread and cut
into squares 3: Mix all Meatloaf ingredients and Season To
Taste 4: Bake in oven at 350 for 2 and 1/2 hours 5:
Meanwhile Bring water for polenta to boil 6: When Water is fully
absorbed season with s&p 7: Spread polenta on sheet pan with wax
paper till approximintly 1/4\\\
