6 med. pig feet

3 lg. chopped onions

1 garlic clove

1 chopped green pepper

6 bay leaves

1/2 cup vinegar

2 red peppers

3 chopped celery sticks

Paprika to taste

1 can tomato puree

Cut pigs feet in half, coat with lemon juice, place in water. Cook 1/2 hour. Add pepper, onions, garlic, celery, vinegar and seasonings.

When the water boils add the tomato puree.
