McCormick

6 lb first cut rib roast, will trimmed

4 tsp. McComrmick italian Seasoning

2 tsp. Mccormick Seasoned Salt

3/4 tsp. McCormick ground black pepper

1 cup water

preheat oven to 350. Place meat on rack in shallow roasting pan. Combine next 3 ingredients and press evenly

into surface of meat. Roast, uncoverd, at 350 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches

145 for medium rare or 160 for medium. Add water to baking pan after 1 hour of bake time to use for drippings.

Remove roast from oven and transfer to platter or carving board. Let stand 10 minutes before carving.

Serve with beef gravy.
