1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

1 egg

1/3 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

1 tsp. mccormick puultry seasoning

1/2 tsp mccormick rubbed sage

1/4 tsp mccormick ground black pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 in a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

Place in a single layer on lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until done.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as cranberry or honey mustard sauce. Makes 2 dozen
