6 small garlic bulbs
olive oil, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Slice garlic bulbs in half horizontally; brush cut surface with olive oil. Place cut side down in skillet; fry lightly. Season with salt and pepper; wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees F until soft, about 30 minutes.
