1 jalepeno

2 cups cooked brown rice

14 oz little smokeys, beef

10 oz onion

4 cloves garlic

8 oz green beans

8 oz broccoli

7 oz red potatoe

7 oz white potatoe

16 oz carrots

1 T Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy

2 T Soy Sauce

4 T Mustard

3 C Beef Broth

Clean Potatoes place in pot of room temp water. Bring to boil and then reduce to

a simmer. Remove potatoes when knife can be inserted and pulled out with ease.

Clean carrots and slice. Julianne cut the onion. In large non stick pan add

onions and little smokeys and cook on medium high till onions begin to soften.

Mince jalepeno. Add jalepeno, Mrs Dash, mustard, soy sauce, and beef broth to

the little smokeys and onions. Cut potatoes into cubes and place in with

little smokeys and onions. Add carrots to mixture and continue to cook till

carrots become bright orange then add all other ingredients excluding the rice

into pan. Cook for another 10 minutes then add rice. Serves 10.
