1 tbsp. tarragon, chopped

pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp. garlic, pared, minced

1/2 tsp. mustard seed, crushed

1/2 oz. anise-flavored liqueur

1 oz. tarragon-infused champagne

3 oz. vinegar

8 oz. oil

Combine all ingredients except oil; mix well. Gradually whisk in oil.
