3 eggs well beaten

1 cup shredded mozerella cheese

1 cup fres diced potatoe

4 strips bacon

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup heated frozen spinich

1/2 cup diced mushrooms

1 9inch deep pie shell

pre heat oven to 375 crack eggs into large mixing bowl and add

milk whip and mix thoughroughly in large skillet cook

bacon remove bacon set to side leave bacon grease in pan add onions, mushrooms, and potatoe and saute until light brown place spinach into pie shell evenly spread add potatoes,

mushrooms, and onions evenly crumple bacon and add evenly whip egg mixture briefly then add to pie shell bake at 375 for 35

minutes add shredded cheese cook for an additional 10

minutes enjoy!
