1 lb Halibut

1 teaspoon virgin olive oil

1 can Italian Stewed tomatoes

1/4 cup low-fat sour cream

1 T AP flour

TT Black Pepper

Cut Halibut into 4 equal portions. In medium heated Saute Pan sprayed with no stick spray,

place Halibut, seasoned with black pepper, on and cook 6 min on each side.

While cooking Halibut bring tomatoes to boil then reduce to simmer. In seperate bowl mix

flour and sour cream. When Halibut just about done turn heat off on tomatoes and incorporate

sour cream mixture till fully incorporated. Serve Sauce on Halibut.
