1 small onion -- chopped

4 cloves garlic -- minced

1 tablespoon oil

8 Green New Mexican chilies, roasted -- peeled and

6 tomatillos

1/2 cup chicken stock

1 dash cumin

salt to taste

Saut� onions until translucent. Add garlic. Stir one minute. If tomatillos are canned, put

them in a blender. If fresh, boil some water and remove from stove. Put tomatillos in water

for 15 minutes until soft. Then add to blender with remaining ingredients.
