Combine:

4 eggs

2 C. sugar

1&1/2 C. vegetable oil

& 1 small can pumpkin (solid pack)

Mix together

Then combine:

2&1/2 C. flour

1/2 C. oatmeal

1 Tbsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. nutmeg

1 tsp. ginger

1 tsp. cloves

2 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

Mix Well

Cheesecake Topping

8 oz. softened, cream cheese

2 tsp. vanilla

1 C. powdered sugar

Mix together.

Streusel Topping

1/2 C. brown sugar

1/4 C. flour

3 Tbsp. softened butter

1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Grease muffin tins or use paper liners. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.

Blend well. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Add 1 Tbsp. cheesecake, mix and a bit of

streusel topping to each. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done.
