1 can cream corn

1 cup white cornmeal

2 sticks melted oleo

3/4 cup buttermilk

1/2 tsp. baking soda

2 medium chopped onions

2 beaten eggs

1 4oz can chopped green chilies

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Mix first 7 ingredients together. Turn 1/2 of batter into pan and cover with 1

cup of cheese, chilies, then the rest of the cheese. Top with the

rest of the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool 15

minutes.
