leaf lettuce, as needed

onion, pared, sliced, as needed

TO SERVE

Place grilled lamb burgers on sourdough buns; garnish with lettuce, onion and other ingredients as desired. Arrange on plates with Spicy Fries; garnish with tobacco onions. Spoon Tomato Relish, Yogurt Cucumber Sauce and Dal onto plates as accompaniments.
